Grade 70 or Grade 80: which should I choose?

Grade 70 is transport chain made for securing loads, not for overhead lifting. We also carry Grade 80 hooks. Check the working load limit on each product page and match your hooks and binders to your chain.

Lever binder or ratchet binder?

Both tension chain to secure a load. A lever binder tightens with a handle throw, and a ratchet binder tightens in small increments. We carry both, so compare the product pages or call us.

What size hook goes with 5/16" chain?

Use 5/16" hooks with 5/16" chain and 3/8" hooks with 3/8" chain. We sell clevis grab hooks and clevis slip hooks with latch in both sizes.

Do you sell chain and hooks by the pack?
