Each strap in this listing is a complete tie-down: a 2-inch by 11-foot over-wheel strap with wire hooks, a sewn Low Pro Sleeve and a 2-inch ratchet included. Choose a 4 pack for one vehicle or a 12 pack to outfit a deck.
The Low Pro Sleeve replaces separate sliding cleats with a low-profile fabric sleeve sewn into the strap at the wheel-contact zone. It sits flatter against the tire and wheel, which some operators prefer on low-profile tires and finished aftermarket wheels.

Does every strap include a ratchet?

How is the Low Pro Sleeve different from sliding cleats?
Sliding cleats are separate pieces that ride along the strap against the tire. The Low Pro Sleeve is sewn into the strap and sits lower-profile against the tire and wheel. Both help protect the wheel finish and hold the loop shape.
Is the sleeve replaceable?
No. It is sewn into the strap as one assembly. Inspect it with the webbing before each use and remove the strap from service if the sleeve or webbing shows cuts, fraying or abrasion damage.
