A complete 4-point tie-down kit: four 24" axle straps paired with four matching 2" x 8 Ft ratchet straps, both in blue. Snap hooks on the ratchet straps are designed to positively engage the axle strap's floating D-ring, and a wear sleeve on both components protects the webbing from oil and grease at the axle.
